The WebLink iPad App: Your Association's Sales Team’s New Best Friend

WebLink recently launched a brand new iPad app designed for associations and chambers of commerce using the WebLink Connect membership management system to conduct mobile commerce by accepting credit card payments for new memberships, current member invoices and event registrations when away from your office. The WebLink iPad app has only been out a few days, but the feedback has been amazing!

By streamlining the interface and workflow, we've created a intuitive tool for sales teams, events staff and executives to use when out in the field meeting with prospects or members, or when running events on site.

The WebLink iPad App is fully integrated with the WebLink Connect membership management system.  The integration includes the ability to swipe credit cards with an attached credit card reader and process the transactions through the client's existing credit card gateway in WebLink Connect. There is no need for third party services or apps that would require manual reconciliation later, saving the client time and reducing potential errors.  

"The secure, real-time credit card processing, coupled with eliminating paper and extra data entry following an event, makes our members and staff feel more confident in our procedures. We also love that it sends a message of sophistication that our organization embraces technology and does not have to settle for less because we are a nonprofit organization. We found the app to be both affordable to implement and easy to adopt," Stoneberger added.

In addition to processing transactions for new members and new event registrations, the WebLink iPad app allows users to accept payment for any open invoice in the membership management database. And, checking in attendees at an event is as easy as a few touches of the screen.  No more flipping through pages of paper to find an attendee's name and check them off the list.
